Credit Card Information Your credit card details are only to provide payment for the products you have ordered. We do not share your credit card information with third parties except as required to process your payment for the products you have ordered.

Web Site Usage Data Our website tracks usage data, including your IP address, browser type & version, which of our pages you view and which page, if any, linked you to our site. We do not track URLs that you type into your browser, nor do we track you across the internet once you leave our site.

When you use your credit card to purchase products on our website, information including card details, name and address are transmitted over a secure connection. We use GeoTrust's state-of-the-art SSL (Secure Socket Layer) certificate offering up to 256-bit encryption, an advanced encryption technology that works with all popular web browsers to safeguard your personal information.
During the checkout process, you will see a time-stamped GeoTrust icon at the top right of the page. Click on this to verify who we are (note that this will not display if you are running Norton Internet Security or similar product with the Privacy Control enabled, the page will still be secure and you will see the regular padlock or key icon). The GeoTrust pop-up window also confirms that any information transmitted will be sent using secure SSL. On most non-checkout pages the same icon is in the navigation area to the left.
Credit card details are stored in encrypted form and removed from our secure web server immediately on downloading the order.
Acceptance of Credit Cards
All orders placed on our website must be paid by the credit card holder. We accept Visa and Mastercard only. They are accepted with the following conditions:
The order billing name and address must match the details held by your credit card company.
In certain circumstances we may ask you to provide additional information regarding the credit card.
NOTE: We screen diligently for credit card fraud and pursue fraudulent orders to the full extent of the law. Some countries are not included on our checkout page due to a high percentage of fraud reported by the banks and we are unable to ship to these countries.
We will not charge to your card until your order is being dispatched. Your credit card will be charged in currency you select. If your credit card account is not billed in this currency, your credit card company will simply charge the equivalent amount in your local currency.
