Bowron Babycare Shorn Natural
In the stroller, car seat, playpen or on the floor, Baby Care lambskins, sometimes affectionately referred to as a lamby or lambie, provide a warm and secure baby comforter 24 hours a day.
More time for parents: Babies love the feel of soft wool fibres. Babies sleep longer and more soundly on Babycare Lambskins, leaving more time for mother.

The warm play rug: Baby's favourite lambskin makes a great play rug. Keeps baby and friends off cold floors too.

Important note: When used for bedding, it is recommended that babies under 12 months old are positioned on their backs and the lamb skin covered with a sheet.
Shorn or Unshorn?
We often get asked which of the two Bowron Baby Care lambskin types we recommend. Although we sell both the Shorn and Unshorn versions in approximate equal quantities, our preference is for the Shorn one. This is because it supports baby a little better - in the same way as a medical sheepskin (which are always shorn). Plus its uniform wool length makes it a little easier to keep clean.
Some people however prefer the traditional look of a long wool lambskin. They're both silky soft to the touch and whichever you choose, we're sure you and baby will be delighted!
