E-mail Our primary method of contact is e-mail, we respond promptly to enquiries. An e-mail is sent on receipt of an order and a further e-mail is sent when the order has been shipped or if we have any queries.
**Footwear sizing**If your query relates to footwear sizing, please note we offer conversions from bare foot measurements to our sizes which are specific to each slipper/boot style. Note the results page also has additional info such as max calf measurements and boot heights.
